Date for Chandler memorial service set for Oct. 19

The date of the memorial service for Alfred D. Chandler Jr., Isidor Straus Professor of Business History Emeritus, has been changed from Sept. 28 to Oct. 19. The service will be held at the Memorial Church at 2:30 p.m. with a reception to follow at the Faculty Club. Chandler died May 9 at the age of 88.

Rivers memorial set for Oct. 17

A memorial service for Wilga M. Rivers, professor of Romance languages and literatures emerita, will be held in Appleton Chapel of the Memorial Church on Oct. 17 at 4:30 p.m. Rivers passed away in July at the age of 88.
