Rich rewards
Drinking natural cocoa increases blood flow to the heart, the brain, and other organs - just ask the Kuna Indians living off the Caribbean coast of Panama. Their blood pressure doesn't rise with age, and Norman Hollenberg, a professor of radiology at Harvard Medical School, is convinced that it's because they drink more than five cups of cocoa a day.
