Williams honored by Yale Divinity School with award of distinction

Preston N. Williams, Houghton Research Professor of Theology and Contemporary Change, received the Yale Divinity School's Alumni Award for Distinction in Theological Education on Oct. 10. The award is given to a scholar of distinction whose research and teaching reflect the best traditions of Yale Divinity School.

Dana named director of Cornea and Refractive Surgery Service

The Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary (MEEI) recently appointed Harvard Medical School Associate Professor and Senior Scientist Reza Dana director of its Cornea and Refractive Surgery Service. An associate surgeon at MEEI since 2001, Dana has served as acting director of the Cornea and Refractive Surgery Service since April 2006. Dana specializes in the cornea and external diseases, ocular inflammation and uveitis, as well as corneal transplantation.
