Peabody, Natural History Museums announce price increase
Effective July 1, the admission price at the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology and the Harvard Museum of Natural History has increased. The new admission rates are as follows: adults, $9; seniors (65 and over) and college students, $7; and children (3-18 years old), $6. As always, admission is free for members of the University community (with IDs) and children under 3 years of age.
Semitic Museum seeks docents
Starting in early September, the Semitic Museum will begin a four-month, weekly course to train volunteer docents eager to share their excitement for archaeology and ancient history with children and adults. No prior knowledge or experience is required.

Saucers and science at CfA
This summer, the Center for Astrophysics (CfA) welcomes back its 1950s sci-fi film series to the big screen at Phillips Auditorium (60 Garden St.). Additionally, the center will hold a star party/constellation class in Hopkinton, Mass.
Events are scheduled for July 28 and Aug. 4 and 17. All summer programs are family-friendly. On movie nights, seating is first-come, first-served, and doors open at 6:15 p.m. For a schedule of events, visit http://www.cfa.harvard.edu.
Sanders set to host free Boston Landmarks performance
Tickets for the Boston Landmarks Orchestra performance (July 21 in Sanders Theatre at 8 p.m.) are now available at the Harvard Box Office. Tickets may be picked up in person for free (limit two per person), or over the phone for a fee at (617) 496-2222.
Since 2001, the orchestra has performed free concerts to foster a broad appreciation of classical music while bringing together the diverse communities of the area.
