Portrait of aging
The actor David Hyde Pierce spoke at a Harvard Medical School symposium on Oct. 17, 'Alzheimer's Disease and the Aging Brain,' to plea for funding to match the strides science has made against the disease. Meanwhile, the Fogg Art Museum hosts 'Art and Alzheimer's Disease,' a series of self-portraits by William Utermohlen (an early example is above) chronicling the progression of his disease. Full story
