HARVARD GAZETTE ARCHIVES

Bring Harvard University Gazette headlines to your desktop via RSS

Bring Harvard University Gazette headlines to your desktop via RSS. Feeds with headlines and links for the articles in each of the Gazette's main sections are available through: http://www.hno.harvard.edu/rss/.

Employed to distribute content or to let subscribers know when a Web site has new material, RSS feeds are increasing enormously in popularity, especially among news organizations and Web sites that update their content frequently. Feed subscribers can receive Gazette headlines and links to the articles through software called an aggregator or news reader. Aggregator software makes it possible to get updates on what's happening on your favorite sites.

Former Berkman Center for Internet & Society Fellow and RSS 2.0 developer Dave Winer made Harvard University the home of the RSS 2.0 specification, the version of RSS the Gazette uses.
