Effective genius
Researcher Sue Goldie of the Harvard School of Public Health was awarded a $500,000 MacArthur 'genius' grant on Tuesday (Sept. 20) for her work identifying effective and cost-effective approaches to cervical cancer, the most common cause of cancer death in women worldwide. Full story
