Prizewinner's salon
Christine Korsgaard, the Arthur Kingsley Porter Professor of Philosophy, recently received the Distinguished Achievement Award from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. The Mellon Foundation will give Harvard $1.5 million for Korsgaard, who plans to use the prize money to fund a series of seminars focusing on philosophical topics such as the history of ethics and questions of personal identity.
