Rouleau to steer alpine ski team
Harvard's alpine ski team will be under the tutelage of a new head coach for the 2004-05 season, as former UMass standout Justin Rouleau joins the Crimson coaching staff. Rouleau replaces Lisa Smyth, who was with the team for five years.
A 1998 graduate of the University of Massachusetts and former Minutemen skier, Rouleau has 10 years of combined coaching and teaching experience. Serving as a coach at UMass while still competing as an undergrad, Rouleau helped the Minutemen to fourth- and fifth-place finishes in the NCAS standings. Individually, he had consistent top 10 finishes in the league and top 25 finishes at the national championships.
