'Atlas of Emotion' lands literary awards

Professor of Visual and Environmental Studies Giuliana Bruno has received two literary awards for his book "Atlas of Emotion: Journeys in Art, Architecture, and Film" (Verso Books, 2002). Bruno's work was named "Book of the Year" for 2003 in The Guardian, and won "Outstanding Academic Title" from more than 6,700 considered titles by Choice, the official publication of the American Library Association.

Chia-Jung Tsay named to all-academic team

USA Today has named Harvard senior Chia-Jung Tsay to its All-USA Academic First Team. A psychology concentrator who studies the history of psychiatry and traditional Chinese medicine, Tsay - who is concurrently earning her master's degree in the Department of the History of Science at Harvard - is one of 20 college students nationwide to make the first team.
