Upcoming info session for Stride Rite grants
Graduating seniors are eligible to apply and receive grants up to $25,000 through the Stride Rite Post-Graduate Public Service Grants. Funded programs should be full-time and community-focused. Information sessions will be held Feb. 18 and 26 from 6 to 7 p.m. at Phillips Brooks House (PBH), Shepard Room. Applications are now available at PBH.
The deadline for applications is March 17 by 5 p.m. For more information, contact Moira Mannix at mannix@fas.harvard.edu.
Vacation program teachers are sought
The Harvard School Vacation Program is looking for experienced teachers or teacher assistants. The program, which enrolls 25 children of Harvard faculty and staff in grades K-5, runs Feb. 17-20 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:50 p.m. each day.

Research grants available through Schlesinger Library
The Schlesinger Library on the History of Women in America at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study is now accepting applications for its Carol K. Pforzheimer Student Fellowship grants. Intended to encourage Harvard College students to use the resources of the Schlesinger Library, the fellowship awards $100 to $2,500 to cover research expenses, or as a stipend in lieu of summer employment, to enable the recipient to pursue research in the library's collections.
Preference will be given to applicants whose topics deal with the history of community service and volunteer work, the culinary arts, women and health, or work and the family. The research may be related to a project for which academic credit will be given, though this is not necessary.
