Joyce Lever, 60, director of Alumni Information Systems
Joyce Lever, the director of Alumni Information Systems, died on Thursday, Jan. 17. She was 60.
A Harvard employee for more than 27 years, Lever began her career at the University in 1975 as a clerk typist. Ten years later, she was promoted to an administrative assistant position. Lever accepted the position of manager of user services in 1992, which led to her most recent position as director of Alumni Information Systems. In the spring of 2001, Lever received her bachelor of liberal arts degree from Harvard Extension School.
