Faculty council Notice for Nov. 14
At its fifth meeting of the year, the Faculty Council discussed with deans Vincent Tompkins (academic affairs) and Jeffrey Wolcowitz (economics and undergraduate education) a new multiyear curricular planning initiative being undertaken in the faculty.
The council also approved the proposed summer school courses for 2002, and reviewed a draft agenda for the December Faculty Meeting.
The next faculty meeting will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 11. The preliminary docket deadline for that meeting is at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26. Information about faculty meetings can be found at http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~secfas/.
