Saving the children
Former first lady Rosalynn Carter addressed the need for mental health reforms during a speech at the John F. Kennedy School of Government on Monday, April 30. Now the vice chair at the Carter Center in Atlanta, Carter also cited the need to increase child immunizations and improve day-care services for low-income families. Her appearance was co-sponsored by the Harvard Children's Initiative and the Institute of Politics.
