Police reports

Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) for the week ending March 10. The official log is located at Police Headquarters, 29 Garden St.

March 4: Vandalism was reported at Harkness Commons.

Officers responded to a burglary in progress at Old Quincy House. A witness reported that upon surprising the intruders, the three suspects fled in an unknown direction. One of the suspects removed some coin change from the room before he fled. HUPD conducted a thorough check of the area with negative results.

March 6: At Peabody Terrace Garage, several motor vehicles were broken into. A snow blower was also reported stolen.

March 8: A caller reported receiving harassing e-mails at the Taubman Center. A motor scooter was reported stolen from Matthews Hall. A camera was reported stolen from Mather House. At Annenburg Hall, a purse was reported stolen.

March 9: A VCR was reported stolen from Story Hall.
