Police Reports

Following are some of the incidents reported to the Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) for the week ending Feb. 17. The official log is located at Police Headquarters, 29 Garden St.

Feb. 11: Officers were dispatched to the Warren Alpert Building to take a report of a past larceny of a computer.

Feb. 12: A parking permit was reported stolen from the DeWolfe St. Garage. A laptop was reported stolen from 180 Longwood Ave. At 28 Fernald Drive, a motor scooter was reported stolen.

Feb. 14: A scale was reported stolen from the Biology Lab.

Feb. 15: A caller reported an unknown man in her Matthews Hall room. When she questioned the male, a verbal altercation ensued. He exited her room and fled down the stairs. An officer was dispatched to take a report. A check of the area was negative.

A simple assault offender was arrested at Peabody Terrace.

Feb. 16: A coin machine was reported tampered with at Gund Hall. An officer responded to a report of a past larceny of cash from a wallet at the Taubman Center.

A report of harassing e-mails received at the Barker Center was taken.

Feb. 17: A trespass warning was issued at 10 DeWolfe St.
