Faculty Council Notice


At its 12th meeting of the year the Faculty Council considered the current Report of the Faculty's Committee on Resources. Professor Gary King (Government), a member of the Committee, was present for this discussion. King (Government), a member of the Committee, was present for this discussion.

The Council also was briefed on proposed changes in the University's travel reimbursement system by the Vice President for Finance, Elizabeth Huidekoper, and the Controller and Director of Financial Operations, Paul Bakstran.

Finally, the Council discussed a proposed change in the Faculty Meeting time, and in the listing of certain research centers in Courses of Instruction.

The next Faculty Meeting will be on Tuesday, April 11. The next meeting of the Council will be on Wednesday, April 12. The deadline for ballots to be submitted in the Faculty Council Election is Thursday, April 6, at 5 p.m. in University Hall 1.
