More than 50 University Dining Services staffers, their families, and
guests gathered last month for a four-hour bake-off in which 1,000 pies
were created in a volunteer effort for the nonprofit group Community
Servings. The nonprofit sells the pies to support services for Boston-area
people who are homebound with HIV or AIDS. This was Dining Services' fifth
year baking for the fundraiser. Photo by Kris Snibbe.
