George Papandreou, minister of foreign affairs of Greece, gave the 17th annual Paul-Henri Spaak Lecture at Boylston Hall on Nov. 4. Sponsored by the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs and the Frank Boas Foundation, the lecture was titled "Europe and the Balkans: The Role of Greece."
