George Papandreou, minister of foreign affairs of Greece, gave the 17th annual Paul-Henri Spaak Lecture at Boylston Hall on Nov. 4. Sponsored by the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs and the Frank Boas Foundation, the lecture was titled "Europe and the Balkans: The Role of Greece." A 1992-93 fellow of the Center for International Affairs, Papandreou has served the Hellenic Republic as alternate minister of foreign affairs, minister of education and religious affairs, and deputy minister of foreign affairs.Photo by Kris Snibbe.
