Police Log


The following is a portion of the incidents reported to the HUPD for the week ending Oct. 30. The official log is located at Police Headquarters, 29 Garden St.

Oct. 25: Cash was stolen from a desk in a locked office in the Longwood Medical Area.

Oct. 25: A Harvard ID was stolen from Thayer Hall.

Oct. 26: A wallet was stolen from the Science Center.

Oct. 27: An electronic day-planner was stolen from Aldrich Hall at the Business School.

Oct. 28: Officer responded to a report of a possible kidnapping at Widener Library, with two males forcing an employee into a car. It was determined that the situation was a domestic dispute.

Oct. 28: A jacket was stolen from Aldrich Hall, HBS.

Oct. 29: A laptop was stolen from a room in Moors Hall.

Oct. 29: Wallets were stolen from Weld Hall, Wigglesworth Hall, and from the Memorial Church.

Also reported were 1 harassing or obscene phone call, 1 stolen bicycle, 17 medical assists, and 11 instances of recovered property.
