Baby Ray Among the Extension School's Minstrels and Bards

The hot new all-Harvard band (well, almost all) Baby Ray will be capping an Extension-School-sponsored series of free performances by faculty members, students, and staff called "Minstrels and Bards." The readings and concerts will be held next week in the Coffee House of Loker Commons, located in Memorial Hall.

On Tuesday, Dec. 8, expository writing instructors Daniel Bosch and Janet Sylvester, teaching assistant Tom Cole, and their students will read recent and award-winning poetry.

The following evening, Wednesday, Dec. 9, will feature creative writing instructors Maxine Rodburg, Ellen Cooney, and Dave London reading from their latest works.

On Thursday, Dec. 10, Baby Ray's own brand of rock 'n' roll will be peformed by Erich Groat and Ken Lafler, singer/songwriters of Baby Ray. The two will peform acoustic versions of their recent songs.

All performances begin at 7 p.m. Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
