Faculty Council

The Faculty Council, at its fourth meeting of the year, discussed alcohol policies in Harvard College with the Dean of Students, Archie C. Epps, and the Dean of Harvard College, Professor Harry R. Lewis.

The Council also heard a report from the Associate Dean of the College, Georgene Herschbach, on the work of the Classroom Committee. The Registrar, Arlene Becella, and the director of Instructional Media Services in the Faculty, Robert Doyle, participated in this presentation.

Finally, the Council reviewed the discussions at the Faculty Meeting on the previous day.

The Council next meets on Nov. 4. The preliminary agenda deadline for the Nov. 10 Faculty Meeting is Monday, Oct. 26, at 9:30.
