FSAP offers counseling services, Website
The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is Harvard's employee
assistance program. It offers free and confidential services to faculty,
staff, their family members, and retirees. The professional staff are licensed
clinical social workers. Appointments may be scheduled by calling 495-4357.

Five humanities departments will be moving into the recently renovated
Boylston Hall on the following dates:

AIDS Institute Announces New Website
The Harvard AIDS Institute has announced a recently expanded Website,
providing easy access to a broad range of important AIDS resources for researchers,
clinicians, and the public, as well as information and publications related
to the research and special programs of the Harvard AIDS Institute and Harvard
AIDS Institute Laboratories.
Structured to motivate international collaboration in the struggle against
AIDS, the site will be updated regularly to reflect the latest research,
conference proceedings, and AIDS-related links. Those who use the site can
research the latest developments in basic science, clinical science, epidemiology,
prevention, social science, and vaccine research.

The Joint Center for Housing Studies Issues a New Study
The Joint Center for Housing Studies has issued a new study, The State
of the Nation's Housing: 1998. Sponsored by the Ford Foundation, The
State of the Nation's Housing is an annual series of reports providing
a periodic assessment of the nation's housing outlook.
The Joint Center, a collaborative venture of the Kennedy School of Government
and the Graduate School of Design, aims to strengthen housing research and
instruction at Harvard to augment the training of graduate students and
students in executive or other special programs, and to encourage communication
among various academic disciplines and practitioners engaged in housing-related
research.
