Proposals submitted under the multimedia infrastructure project will be evaluated by a steering committee according to four criteria.

Each proposal must:

1.) deal with multimedia infrastructure

2.) have a public purpose and a managed implementation

3.) have collaborative potential, a broad impact, and an accessible,

open environment

4.) show an innovative application of technology
