New Harvard staff are invited to the New Staff Orientation, which includes an overview of Harvard's organizational structure and mission, benefits, retirement plans, facilities, programs and services. Staff also have the opportunity to speak to Benefits Office consultants. Orientation is held every Tuesday, 9-11:30 a.m.; the location alternates weekly between Cambridge and the Longwood Medical Area.

While this program is designed to help recently hired staff learn

about the University, all staff are welcome to attend.
