The 1997 Annual Report of the Corporation Committee on

Shareholder Responsibility (CCSR), a subcommittee of the

President and Fellows, is now available upon request from

the Office for the Committees on Shareholder

Responsibility. Please call 495-0985 to request

copies.

The report provides a detailed description of the

CCSR's actions on all of the 1997 shareholder proposals

raising issues of social responsibility. The CCSR receives advice from the Advisory Committee on Shareholder Responsibility (ACSR), a 12-member committee made up of Harvard faculty, students, and alumni.
