President Rudenstine to hold office hours for students President Neil L. Rudenstine will hold office hours for students at 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 24, in his Massachusetts Hall office. Hours are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Detur Prizes to be awarded to students Detur Book Prize winners of the Class of 2000 will be honored at a reception to be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1, in the Faculty Room of University Hall. The Detur Prize is the oldest prize in the College and prizes are awarded to the top 10 percent of students of the sophomore class, as determined by the grade point average earned in their first year at Harvard. The students are invited to select a book of their choice to be embossed with the Harvard and Detur seals, and a personalized Detur Prize bookplace is placed on the inside cover. The books will be presented at the reception. Harvard/Yale football game to be broadcast on HAA Web site In collaboration with WHRB (95.3 FM), the Harvard Alumni Association is planning a live audio broadcast over the World Wide Web of this weekend's Harvard vs. Yale football game. ART, Moscow Art Theatre School form exclusive worldwide partnership Robert Brustein, artistic director of the American Repertory Theatre (ART) and the Institute for Advanced Theatre Training, and Oleg Tabakov, head of the Moscow Art Theatre (MXAT) School, recently announced the formation of an exclusive worldwide partnership between the two leading theaters and their affiliated schools. The partnership features a rigorous full-time, two-year, five-semester training program in acting, directing, and dramaturgy during which students will work closely with professionals from the ART and the MXAT. Students will also be guided by Master Teachers active in both countries. The program includes a summer semester in Cambridge and a spring residency in Moscow the first year, while the second year takes place entirely in Cambridge. At the conclusion of the two-year training, students will receive a certificate of achievement from the faculty of the ART and an M.F.A. from the MXAT.
