Ethics graduate fellowships available The Program in Ethics and the Professions is offering graduate fellowships in ethics for 1997-98. Wilson will hold office hours for students in her Fay House office on Wednesday, Jan. 22, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Office hours are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Brigham and Women's Hospital rated in top 100 For the fourth consecutive year, Brigham and Women's Hospital, a nonprofit teaching affiliate of the Medical School, has been named one of the country's top-performing hospitals. The "100 Top Hospitals -- Benchmarks for Success" study establishes benchmarks for the hospital industry that represent a balance of high-quality, efficient delivery, and good financial measures. The hospitals that qualify for the list have outperformed their peers on eight key clinical, operational, and financial measures. The study is conducted annually by consulting firm William M. Mercer Inc. and HCIA Inc., a health care information company. For a catalogue, call 495-7929, or pick one up at 51 Brattle St. Playwriting prize offered by Loeb Drama Center The 18th biennial Phyllis Anderson Prize Play competition is open to both undergraduates and graduate students who have been enrolled in Harvard or Radcliffe between Jan. 31, 1996, and Dec. 21, 1996. The prize consists of $500 and a reading or production by the American Repertory Theatre Institute for Advanced Theatre Training at Harvard. The competition was established in 1959 in memory of Phyllis Anderson by her husband, playwright Robert Anderson, to encourage playwriting at Harvard. All manuscripts must be submitted by Feb. 14.
